Through the app, I'll have access to your daily nutrition trackers, photos, and metrics in real-time, aiding in program adjustment and achieving results. Zoom Check-Ins

Starting with our initial consultation... The first meeting serves as a formal introduction to discuss your expectations, goals, questions, and concerns. We'll review a series of questions to tailor your programs effectively. The second meeting (optional or as needed), at the end of each month, will evaluate your progress, experiences, and address any questions or concerns. We'll also discuss next steps for achieving your future goals.
