How much does it cost to join TLM?

You have a variety of options to choose from to best fit your goals and needs:

the studio | on demand workouts: $29.99 monthly / recurring / no commitment

the custom fit | 1-1 coaching: $250 monthly / recurring / 3 month minimum commitment

nutrition guidance: $29 monthly / recurring / no commitment

Is there an enrollment period?

What type of workouts do I have access to?

They vary based on your subscription choice​

  • These pre-recorded workouts range from 5-30 minutes

  • They include cycle, strength, boxing, and stretching

remote coaching: 

  • These workouts are curated and tailored according to your specific goals

  • These workouts are timed according to your scheduling needs and adjusted accordingly

Is there a best schedule to follow?

Scheduling recommendations are based on what you feel you can consistently follow. Optional programs are created within the program to help guide you without the guessing work - or - create your week ahead independantly. As long as you keep showing up, you will get closer and closer to your goals!

What equipment do I need?

the studio | on- demand

these workouts are designed to be easily accessible to be done ANY WHERE

  • Dumbbells ranging in weight from light to heavy (a 5-25 pound range is a great start!)

  • For cycle, and indoor bike is needed

  • Your workouts will be tailored according to the equipment that you already own 

Are these workouts all levels?

Absolutely! Each workout provides the opportunity to proceed at your own pace and tailor to your individual capabilities. Whether you're a beginner, recovering from an injury, an athlete, or a fitness enthusiast, these workouts are crafted with you in mind—they adapt to your needs and goals.

Can I cancel my membership?

Members can cancel their plan at any time. Once your paid cycle is complete, your subscription will no longer be accessible. There are no refunds for ANY program as noted in the terms and conditions.
