BODi by Beachbody (tm)

In 2018, I started with a company, MYX Fitness, as their first founding trainer. All we had was the MYX Bike, and a Go-Pro to create on-demand content. Fast forward to 2020 when MYX was acquired by OPENFIT and our little Greenwich, CT studio was moved to a REAL production studio in Jersey City, NJ. Fast forward to 2022 as Beachbody decided it was best to be one brand and I officially became a BODi by Beachbody LIVE trainer in Los Angeles, CA. I don't believe in luck... I believe in hard work, resilience, and in learning and growing from the journey.
